7:00am-2:00pm: Athletes complete meters, community ergs available for families/alumni/friends to contribute meters and enjoy the atmosphere

2:00pm-3:00pm: Hour 1 of DJ music, last hour of athletes completing meters, atmosphere ramping up.

3:00pm-4:00pm: ROW ACROSS FLORIDA CHALLENGE CUP. 6-person teams complete 1,000 meters each for 6,000 meters total. Teams go head to head for medals, and overall time winner wins the CUP!

3:00-3:15pm Intro to competition, erg assignments

3:15pm: START of 6,000-meter competition

3:50pm: Estimated FINISH of 6,000-meter competition

3:55pm: Award Ceremony, CUP Presentation

4:15pm-5:00pm: Clean-Up, bring ergs back to boathouse and put in erg room

6:00pm-8:00pm: First Wave Kick Off (JU Homecoming event, Rowing will have tent/space at this event to mingle and hang out)
